2016: Epicom’s Year in Review
Have you spent the first week of 2017 reflecting on your past year? If you’re like us, then you’ve been talking about what you learned, where you can grow this year, and celebrating your successes. Here’s our year in review:
In July we sent six team members to represent Epicom at SugarCon 2016. Our team arrived in San Francisco (The Golden City) with six smiling faces, and left with even bigger smiles and an App Throwdown Award. We submitted two apps to this year’s App Throwdown and were stoked that our Slack Integration for Sugar won for the category of User Productivity.
Making Time for Fun
Growing Training Services
Epicom did several things to enhance our SugarCRM training services, including:
- Hiring a full time training employee to train customers, design training programs, and improve training services
- Becoming an Authorized Training Provider for SugarCRM
- Hosting our first Sugar University course
Customer Satisfaction Project
Epicom took on an initiative to develop an Net Promoter Score–to evaluate how we are doing in the eyes of our customer. We sent out customer surveys and did in-depth interviews with several customers. In the process we learned a lot about what we do well and what we can improve. You’ll see initiatives in 2017 that reflect our learnings.
Last, but Not Least
The entire team of Epicomers devoured an estimated 9,360 cups of coffee. That’s a lot of buzz fuel.
